MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Global Mobility-Talent team is vital within Talent, Learning, & Culture, working closely with Global Mobility-Operations. The role aims to enhance global mobility at MUFG, fostering a culture where colleagues are encouraged to explore internal opportunities and manage their careers. Key focus areas include:
- Talent and global mobility assignments
- Internal mobility (job postings, transfers)
This role involves developing strategic recommendations, processes, and tools to support mobility, identifying high-potential leaders for assignments, and ensuring successful program implementation. The primary contact for related matters, the role requires strategic thinking and attention to detail.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define vision, objectives, and budgets for mobility offerings
- Gain leadership support and approval for initiatives
- Implement and manage mobility programs
- Partner with Talent and HR to align mobility with talent development and succession planning
- Engage with assignees and ensure high satisfaction
- Promote internal mobility through communication and engagement initiatives
- Manage the Mobility Playbook and foster adoption across HR
- Work with Global HR on program delivery
- Track and optimize key metrics like transfer rates and ROI
- Stay informed on mobility trends and share insights
- Build strong relationships across the organization
- Handle ad hoc projects as needed
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Experience developing strategies that prepare colleagues for future challenges
- Experience in HR within a global environment, preferably with mobility and talent management expertise

The typical salary range is $120,000 - $155,000, with potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits, including health, retirement, training, and paid leave.
