About the Role
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, leading and supporting the team, maintaining high service and product standards, and ensuring an outstanding experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing café team
- Manage the daily operations of the store efficiently and professionally
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure coffee, food, and products consistently meet Muffin Break quality standards
- Manage staff rosters, attendance, training, and performance
- Monitor sales, costs, stock levels, wastage, and overall store performance
- Manage ordering, stock control, and supplier relationships
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, workplace health and safety, and company policies
- Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming, and well-presented store
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Drive sales, achieve targets, and identify opportunities to grow the business
- Lead by example and create a positive and supportive team culture
About You
- Previous experience in café, hospitality, retail, or store management
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A positive, energetic, and professional attitude
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- The ability to work confidently in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of food safety and workplace health and safety
- Strong commercial awareness and a focus on achieving results
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required

£14.20 per hour which includes a 40p per hour band increment.
