Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake fresh products according to Muffin Break recipes and standards
- Maintain consistent quality, taste, and presentation
- Prepare ingredients and manage baking schedules
- Keep the kitchen, equipment, and work areas clean and organised
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety requirements
- Monitor stock levels and minimise food waste
- Work efficiently as part of a friendly team
About You
- Previous baking experience preferred
- A passion for baking and producing high-quality food
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of food hygiene and safety
- Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays where required
