Responsibilities:
- Arwain ac yn cydlynu gwaith tegwch, gwrth hiliaeth a pherthyn yng ngwasanaethau Mudiad Meithrin yn genedlaethol, a chydweithio i wreiddio tegwch, gwrth hiliaeth a pherthyn.
- Bydd y Prif Swyddog Tegwch, Gwrth Hiliaeth a Pherthyn yn adeiladu ac yn cynnal perthynas a chysylltiadau gyda grwpiau a chymunedau tan-gynrychioledig amrywiol, boed yn unigolion, teuluoedd neu bartneriaid.
- Gwarparu a sicrhau bod gwasanaethau Gofal ac Addysg Gymraeg ar gael i bob plentyn a’i deulu beth bynnag fo’i anghenion neu gefndir.
