Mae'r cylch yn chwilio am berson i weithio gyda Arweinydd a staff y cylch i:
- gynnig cymorth a chefnogaeth priodol er mwyn sicrhau bod pob plentyn yn cael yr un cyfleoedd a'i gyfloedion i fwynhau ac elwa o weithgareddau cylch.
- Sicrhau bod pob plentyn yn cael ei inclus yn llawn ym mhob agwedd o waith y cylch, gan addasu'r adnoddau ar weithgareddau lle bo angen.
- Llunio rhaglen o weithgareddau amrywiol a fydd yn ateb anghenion y plentyn, ac yna sicrhau ei fod yn datblygu i lawn botensial tra yn y Cylch Meithrin.
- Derbyn cyngor gan arbenigwr sy'n ymwneud ar plentyn er mwyn sicrhau bod y gwasanaeth a gynigir yn addas ar gyfer y plentyn.
