Muddy Boots is seeking a passionate Deputy Room Leader to join our nature-focused nursery team. Working with the Room Leader, you will deliver high-quality, nature-based learning experiences, promoting curiosity, confidence and independence through outdoor play, and you will act as a key person safeguarding children.
You will plan engaging activities, observe and assess progress, build strong relationships with families, ensure a safe and inclusive environment, and collaborate with a supportive team.
