Are you a qualified Learning Lead in the early years sector looking to take your career to the next level? About the Role
- Provide high standards of quality teaching within the preschool, including the environment, resources and experiences offered to children
- Inspire the preschool team to plan appropriately for children, using the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum for guidance
- Lead on 'School Readiness' teaching for older preschool children, as well as Early Talk Boost programme
- Effectively manage EYPP funding
- Support the development of good practice concerning Special Educational Needs & Disabilities and Inclusion
- Be a fantastic role model for outstanding interactions and learning in preschool
- Plan and carry out small group activities around communication, maths, phonics and PSED with the oldest children in our preschool room

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- A relevant Early Years Qualification (minimum of Level 3 or above)
- Over 1 year of experience working in an Early Years / Nursery setting (essential)
- Over 1 year of experience working in a childcare environment (preferred)
