As a Deputy Manager at Muddy Boots, you will be an integral part of our management team, responsible for delivering high-quality, nature-based learning experiences. Key Responsibilities:
🌿 Support staff to plan and deliver engaging learning activities, with a focus on outdoor play and exploration
🌿 Observe, assess, and support children’s individual learning journeys
🌿 Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members
🌿 Ensure a safe, inspiring, and stimulating environment for all children
🌿 Contribute to a happy, healthy, and thriving team that loves what they do!
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Passion for outdoor education and a commitment to nature-based learning
✔️ Experience in early years education (Level 3 qualified a minimum)
✔️ A proactive and positive attitude with great teamwork skills
✔️ Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
