We are on the hunt for a Level 3 Early Years Educator with a love for SEN Support to join our Poppleton setting, working 3 full days per week between 8am - 6pm (ideally).

As an Early Years Educator at Muddy Boots, you will work as part of our outstanding team to ensure that all children receive high-quality care and support, are kept safe, and receive rich and stimulating play experiences that meet their individual learning needs, all while having a tonne of fun every day!

Responsibilities:

  • Be an outstanding Early Years practitioner with a passion for Special Educational Needs support.
  • Support children on a 1:1 basis, creating bespoke childcare to suit individual needs.
  • Work as part of the team to provide high-quality care and stimulating play experiences.

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

  • Highly creative – adapt activities to changing interests and curiosities.
  • Love the outdoors – develop activities in outdoor environments.
  • Passionate about helping children flourish and grow into their unique personalities.

What’s required?

  • A Level 3 qualification in childcare (essential)
  • Over 1 year of experience in an Early Years/Nursery setting (essential)
  • Additional qualifications and/or experience in SEN Support (desirable)
