Join our award-winning team at Muddy Boots Nurseries as a Qualified Early Years Educator (Level 3 minimum) at our Drighlington, Leeds location. We provide children with unique outdoor learning experiences, where they can explore, play, and thrive in nature.

About The Role

As a Qualified Early Years Educator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, nature-based learning experiences. The role is for 2 full days per week (between 8am – 6pm).

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging learning activities, focusing on outdoor play and exploration.
  • Observe, assess, and support children’s individual learning journeys.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members.
  • Ensure a safe, inspiring, and stimulating environment for all children.
  • Contribute to a happy, healthy, and thriving team.

What’s Required?

  • Passion for outdoor education and a commitment to nature-based learning.
  • Experience in early years education (must be Level 3 qualified or equivalent).
  • A proactive and positive attitude with great teamwork skills.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
