Hours: Full-time, 9:00am–5:30pm, Monday – Friday.

We pride ourselves on building strong relationships with our clients and residents, and we’re now looking for a Property Manager who shares our commitment to clear communication, reliability and genuine care for the buildings and developments we manage which include residential, mixed-use, Freehold and commercial developments across Yorkshire.
The Role
As a Property Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting our property management team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our developments. Acting as a main point of contact for residents, leaseholders and contractors, you’ll help coordinate maintenance, manage compliance and keep everyone informed along the way. You will be in charge of overseeing and running a selection of the portfolio we manage and ensuring that the day-to-day tasks and routine compliance of these buildings are completed in a timely and effective manner. This is a varied, people-focused role that suits someone organised, proactive and confident in communicating with a wide range of personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out regular property inspections and coordinating maintenance works.
- Communicating clearly and professionally with leaseholders, residents, contractors and agents.
- Handling incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner.
- Prioritising maintenance issues and overseeing works through to completion, reporting to senior management on progression.
- Managing shared inboxes and ensuring timely responses.
- Preparing, recording and issuing correspondence.
- Attending Board and AGM meetings, including occasional out-of-hours meetings.
- Providing administrative support across maintenance and finance teams.
- Maintaining organised records, files and documentation on central systems.
- Assisting with annual budget preparation, service charge monitoring and expenditure control.
- Supporting the finance team with arrears management and credit control.
- Chasing contractors for updates on outstanding works.
- Overseeing compliance renewals (including Fire Risk Assessments, Health & Safety reports and insurances) and maintaining accurate records.

Experience
- Previous experience in property or block management is necessary and strong administrative experience is highly desirable.
- Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
