You will play a key role in advising landowners, farmers, estate managers, business owners and private clients, providing practical, commercially aware advice across a wide range of property-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advising clients on the acquisition, disposal, leasing, and management of land, farms, and rural estates.
  • Handling a full spectrum of property transactions, including sales, purchases, and re-financing of both residential and commercial property.
  • Advising on tenancies, licences, rights of way, easements, and covenants affecting land.
  • Supporting clients with succession planning, diversification projects, and development opportunities.
  • Working closely with colleagues across private client, corporate, real estate, construction and agriculture teams to provide a holistic service to clients.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, particularly with landowners, farmers, and estate managers.
  • Contributing to business development initiatives and promoting brand awareness to achieve business growth.
