The role involves joining our private client team in Newcastle, suitable for individuals with NQ and 5 years’ PQE.

- Preparing wills, including business assets, life interest and discretionary trusts
- Inheritance tax planning, including business property relief
- Probate and administration of estates
- Court of protection work
- Lasting powers of attorney for both business and personal affairs

Qualities and Qualifications:
- Ambitious, preferably STEP qualified or working towards qualification
- Desire to develop a career providing private client services within a corporate/commercial law firm
