Tasks
- Lead the Sales Cycle: Take full ownership of incoming leads from new customers and partners, qualifying opportunities and driving them through to close.
- Consultative Selling: Lead discovery calls and workshops to uncover client pain points. You’ll design and present tailored Odoo demos that prove our value.
- End-to-End Ownership: Manage the relationship from the first inquiry through to the final contact signature, providing a seamless transition to the implementation team.
- Manage the Prospect: Lead discovery meetings and scoping sessions to ensure our solutions are perfectly aligned with client needs.
- Pitch & Present: Design and deliver high-impact, bespoke demos that win over C-suite stakeholders.
- Take the Lead: Go see our prospective clients and represent the company at key industry events.
Requirements
- The Experience: 4+ years of proven success in B2B sales or an enterprise software environment (SaaS/ERP).
- The Tech Edge: Prior experience with Odoo is an advantage, as is experience with other ERP platforms, but a passion for innovative tech is essential.
- The Hunter Mindset: You have a results oriented "can do" attitude; you don’t just wait for things to happen.
- The Communicator: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills. You can translate complex technical concepts into clear business benefits.
- Academic Background: A degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration or related field.
- The Networker: You’re a team player with an active professional network and a hunger to build new connections.
- Languages: Native level English is a must. A second European language is an advantage.
