The Role

We’re growing our Expansion team and are looking for a wildlife-focused Expansion Product Manager. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end creation of new small group wildlife adventures — from researching destinations and sourcing the best local hosts, to negotiating terms, designing itineraries, and producing compelling content.

This role is for you if you:

  • Have 3+ years’ experience in product management or development in the adventure, travel or outdoor sector.
  • Have a clear understanding of the small group wildlife industry.
  • Know what makes a small group adventure both commercially successful and unforgettable for customers.
  • Love applying creativity and data to design unique, scalable, high-quality trips.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, remote environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Research destinations, build networks, and identify outstanding local partners.
  • Lead negotiations, contracts, and quality/safety assessments.
  • Curate unique, commercially viable itineraries in partnership with hosts.
  • Source and develop trip content that inspires customers.
  • Monitor performance, identify trends, and optimise product ranges.
  • Contribute to MBA’s product growth strategy globally.

Proven track record in adventure travel product management/development (3+ years).

  • Deep knowledge and passion for adventure travel and sustainability.
  • Strong commercial judgement and creative eye for trip design.
  • Excellent communicator with meticulous attention to detail.
  • A flexible and growth mindset - this is a fast-paced role.
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a remote team.
  • Excited by MBA’s mission and happy to pitch in across the business when needed.
  • Someone who is excited by tangible goals and success metrics (trip volume and performance, ability to launch on deadline etc)\

  • Familiarity with the North American outbound adventure market.
  • Entrepreneurial environment where ideas are encouraged and ownership is expected.
  • 38 days holiday (incl. public holidays).

The Process

Key Details

  • Salary: £40,000–£46,000 + benefits
  • Location: UK (fully remote)
  • Start date: Jan 2026 preferred
  • Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week, core 10:00–15:00 GMT). Part-time considered (min. 80%).
  • Location: you must be resident in either the UK or in Europe (max +2 hours GMT). Contract and benefits will vary depending on which country you are based in - this will be discussed at an appropriate stage in the interview process.
  • Closing date: 12noon, Monday 6th Oct (we may close early).
