The Role

We’re growing our Expansion team and are looking for a wildlife-focused Expansion Product Manager. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end creation of new small group wildlife adventures — from researching destinations and sourcing the best local hosts, to negotiating terms, designing itineraries, and producing compelling content.

This role is for you if you:

  • Have 3+ years’ experience in product management or development in the adventure, travel or outdoor sector.
  • Have a clear understanding of the small group wildlife industry.
  • Know what makes a small group adventure both commercially successful and unforgettable for customers.
  • Love applying creativity and data to design unique, scalable, high-quality trips.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, remote environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Research destinations, build networks, and identify outstanding local partners.
  • Lead negotiations, contracts, and quality/safety assessments.
  • Curate unique, commercially viable itineraries in partnership with hosts.
  • Source and develop trip content that inspires customers.
  • Monitor performance, identify trends, and optimise product ranges.
  • Contribute to MBA’s product growth strategy globally.

Proven track record in adventure travel product management/development (3+ years). Deep knowledge and passion for adventure travel and sustainability. Strong commercial judgement and creative eye for trip design. Excellent communicator with meticulous attention to detail. A flexible and growth mindset - this is a fast-paced role. Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a remote team. Excited by MBA’s mission and happy to pitch in across the business when needed. Someone who is excited by tangible goals and success metrics (trip volume and performance, ability to launch on deadline etc).

  • Familiarity with the North American outbound adventure market.
