Join our Expansion team to discover, design, and launch new adventures worldwide. We're growing our Expansion team with additional Adventure Expansion Product Managers. You'll be responsible for the end-to-end creation of brand new small group adventures — from researching destinations and sourcing the best local hosts, to negotiating terms, designing itineraries, and producing compelling content.

Responsibilities:

  • Research destinations, build networks, and identify outstanding local partners.
  • Lead negotiations, contracts, and quality/safety assessments.
  • Source and develop trip content that inspires customers.
  • Monitor performance, identify trends, and optimise product ranges.
  • Contribute to MBA's product growth strategy globally.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in product management or development in the adventure, travel or outdoor sector.
  • Proven track record in adventure travel product management/development.
  • Deep knowledge and passion for adventure travel and sustainability.
  • Strong commercial judgement and creative eye for trip design.
  • A flexible and growth mindset - this is a fast-paced role.
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a remote team.
  • Excited by MBA's mission and happy to pitch in across the business when needed.
  • Experience in cultural/experiential adventure travel.
