You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end creation of brand new small group adventures — from researching destinations and sourcing the best local hosts, to negotiating terms, designing itineraries, and producing compelling content. Have 3+ years’ experience in product management or development in the adventure, travel or outdoor sector. Love applying creativity and data to design unique, scalable, high-quality trips. Research destinations, build networks, and identify outstanding local partners. Lead negotiations, contracts, and quality/safety assessments. Source and develop trip content that inspires customers. Monitor performance, identify trends, and optimise product ranges. Contribute to MBA’s product growth strategy globally. Proven track record in adventure travel product management/development (3+ years). Deep knowledge and passion for adventure travel and sustainability. Strong commercial judgement and creative eye for trip design. A flexible and growth mindset - this is a fast-paced role. Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a remote team. Excited by MBA’s mission and happy to pitch in across the business when needed.
