Join our Expansion team to discover, design, and launch new adventures worldwide. We’re growing our Expansion team with additional Adventure Expansion Product Managers. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end creation of brand new small group adventures — from researching destinations and sourcing the best local hosts, to negotiating terms, designing itineraries, and producing compelling content.
Responsibilities:
- Research destinations, build networks, and identify outstanding local partners.
- Lead negotiations, contracts, and quality/safety assessments.
- Source and develop trip content that inspires customers.
- Monitor performance, identify trends, and optimise product ranges.
- Contribute to MBA’s product growth strategy globally.
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in product management or development in the adventure, travel or outdoor sector.
- Proven track record in adventure travel product management/development.
- Deep knowledge and passion for adventure travel and sustainability.
- Strong commercial judgement and creative eye for trip design.
- A flexible and growth mindset - this is a fast-paced role.
- Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a remote team.
- Excited by MBA’s mission and happy to pitch in across the business when needed.
- Experience in cultural/experiential adventure travel.
