About the Role

Reports directly to the B.A. Administrative Coordinator. Based in London.

What you’ll do

  • Designed as a launchpad for a future Business Affairs lead in the film industry, this role is ideal for a tech-savvy candidate who seeks grounding in the operational realities of film licensing.
  • Your primary focus will be maintaining our Rights Management System, gaining all-around insight into the lifecycle of media contracts by working hands-on with modern operational tools and shadowing our B.A. team during internal deal reviews.

What you’ll bring

  • Meticulous Attention to Detail: strong commitment to accuracy in data entry, contract review, and record-keeping.
  • Organizational & Analytical Skills
  • You are not afraid of Databases, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (particularly Excel/Sheets) and new AI tools.
  • A genuine interest in the legal and administrative side of the entertainment/media industry, specifically in Business Affairs, Rights Management, or Licensing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to ask the right questions, track updates effectively, and support the B.A. Administrative Coordinator as a reliable team player.
