You will use data to identify students who may be struggling to engage in their studies and provide proactive, assertive support to maximize positive student outcomes in continuation and attainment. You will work in a collaborative, student-centred way to unpick and resolve complex and multi-issue challenges with students and colleagues across the university, ensuring students are informed and empowered to make the right decisions for them.
