This business doesn’t have a sales division. For now… A £multi-million turnover business, highly reputable working with some of the biggest brands, sporting events and retailers. All developed through repeat work, word of mouth and a decent website. They’re now thinking, “Imagine what we could achieve with someone taking us to the market.” So this is your time, as an experienced Sales person in the Print, Graphics & Signage industry to build something with an ambitious business. You’ll be the one driving the business forward. You’ll be the first one in, responsibility will be on you to build the pipeline, structure, team and ultimately revenue (GP too). As you grow into the role, you’ll grow too with the business as there’s a clear pathway to a seat at the table as Sales Director. The business is based in the North West. You don’t need to be though. You’ll need to get there maybe a couple of times a month but you’ll be remote and certainly client-facing. There’s an impressive client base you can use to open the new doors but the emphasis is certainly on bringing in new clients rather than developing the relationships they already have. Salary is open but you’d roughly be looking at £60k – £80k on the base + Comms, Car and the progression available. You’ll be joining a business that are grafters. They produce high-quality display work (Print, Graphics & Signage) for some of the biggest names, events, brands, and retailers on the planet. As an external salesperson, I know it’s important for you to have the support behind you. The two Directors lead the business, Client Services, Studio, Production and Installs all in-house. A team of 16 people in total, all like minded, high-performing but most importantly sound people. Your earnings will be based on what you can deliver. The higher your salary expectations, the higher the targets will be. Naturally. Alongside this, there’s commission, a company car and the full support of the business from a marketing and operations perspective. The onus on this one is all about, you’ll be the first one in this new division. Your name in lights. Come in, roll your sleeves up, smash it and then build a team around you. Progression and growth is huge.
