This Role: Property Advisor - Full Time Permanent - 37.5hrs per week - Fully Office Based
Location: Beeston, NG9 1LA - Free on-site parking available - 10 min walk from Beeston Train Station
Salary: £23,710
MTVH are recruiting for a Property Advisor who will answer queries relating to Estates Management and Property Maintenance. This is a challenging and rewarding role where you will get to make a real difference to our customers. This isn’t a standard contact centre position; be prepared to be tested on your communication abilities and your commitment to providing customer excellence. Our property desk is fully office based in our fantastic Waterfront office location in Beeston.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- You will already be customer focused with a can-do attitude and a positive approach.
- You will have the ability to remain composed under pressure whilst demonstrating empathy to our diverse range of customers.
- A natural multi-tasker, you will operate in an organised and structured manner; be detail driven and capable of producing outstanding quality work at all times.
- This role requires you to have exceptional listening and problem-solving skills in order to resolve queries received at the first point of contact in a timely and positive manner.
- You will need to have typing ability along with moderate IT literacy skills and an understanding of property components and/or structure.
- No two days are the same so you must enjoy working in a varied and busy property repairs and maintenance environment.
