We are looking for an outstanding L&OD professional to step into our Programme Manager role on a fixed-term basis.
As L&OD Programme Manager, you will act as a trusted consultant to the business, leading on learning and organisational development planning that builds capability, improve performance and support the delivery of MTVH's strategic priorities.
Travel to MTVHs various offices will be required frequently.
What you'll need to succeed: Skilled at creating meaningful partnerships, bringing the ability to influence, inspire and constructively challenge stakeholders, from senior leaders to frontline colleagues.
Strong programme and project management capability with experience of managing multiple priorities and delivering against deadlines.
A strong consultancy mindset and the ability to diagnose complex organisational issues and develop practical solutions.
Ability to analyse, interpret and present data and insights to inform decision-making and drive organisational performance.
Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
High levels of analytical thinking, commercial awareness and problem-solving capability.
