Customer Insight Call Interviewer in Beeston, Nottingham. Full-time (37.5 hours) or part-time positions (15-22.5 hours per week) available. Salary: £24,785 - £25,720 (pro-rata for part-time). This permanent position is part of the Corporate Services Directorate in the Strategy, Projects and Performance Team.

This role involves engaging with customers across several communication channels to gather feedback on the services provided by MTVH. Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service are essential. You will create an impartial environment that encourages customers to share their thoughts openly, instilling confidence that their feedback will drive improvements to our services.

Through your efforts, you will enhance the overall customer experience and foster a culture of continuous improvement. As a team player, you will manage your own workload and utilise key customer response times to maximise survey response rates, enabling the team to meet target requirements.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Good level of computer literacy, including proficiency in office applications and web-based browsers.
  • Exceptional record-keeping skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify cases requiring additional support and escalate them appropriately.
