MTVH is seeking a Customer Housing Advisor to deliver expert support on housing and tenancy matters from Beeston.

This hybrid, full-time role involves handling inbound and outbound contacts, resolving queries at first contact, and helping customers sustain their tenancy while collaborating with local housing teams.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work within a target-driven environment. Hybrid shifts run Monday–Friday between 8am and 6pm.
