Our people care, dare and collaborate to ensure we achieve this People Powered Living.This roleMetropolitan Thames Valley is looking for an enthusiastic Housing specialist to join as a manager at our Woodvale housing scheme in Wollaton, Nottingham. This is a part time role working 30 hours a week.As the Housing and Support Manager your main responsibilities will include the safe and effective running of your services. You will be the single point of access for customers regarding all housing or support related queries. You will be a positive and professional representation of the organisation, to customers, visitors, contractors, other professionals and key stakeholders.All the customers are aged 55 and above requiring support to maintain a dignified level of independence. This includes a single service plus a number of residence in close proximity to the service, but living in the community. While none will be receiving care from Metropolitan Thames Valley this may be provide by third parties and you will be a point of contact for these providersWhat you\’ll need to succeedAs you will be the on-site manager, experience is essential as you will be the go to person. You will often be lone working and while there is a wider team to support you on a day to day basis you will be responsible for making the decision.
