We are seeking an experienced, values-led Director of Property Services to join our Property Senior Leadership Team, playing a critical role in the delivery of safe, compliant and resident-focused services across our national portfolio.
The role:
- Reporting to the Executive Director of Property, the Director of Property Services provides strategic and operational leadership for Property Services across MTVH.
- The role is accountable for the development, delivery and continuous improvement of regional service plans, programmes and performance, ensuring services are high-performing, resident-focused and deliver value for money.
- This is a senior leadership role with significant influence across the organisation.
- You will provide visible leadership to large, multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed regional teams, working closely with colleagues across Repairs.
