We are looking for an exceptional person to cover a fixed-term contract/secondment for our Culture and Engagement Managers post. Your key responsibilities will involve developing, implementing, and embedding an inclusive customer and colleague-focused culture, which is aligned to our values. You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the Fit for Future organisational development programme at MTVH. Travel to MTVH’s various offices will be required frequently.
