MTVH is seeking an experienced Team Leader to head a newly established team of administrators supporting Phase 2 of Awaab's Law. You will coach staff, manage casework, and drive service improvements to ensure compliant, high-quality outcomes for customers.
You will work closely with operational managers across regions to deliver a responsive, consistent service, while upholding MTVH's values and delivering excellent customer outcomes during a significant period of legislative change.
