MTVH is seeking a Customer Liaison Officer to support the Building Safety programme by keeping residents informed, supported, and engaged during surveys, interim safety measures and remedial works.
You will act as the main point of contact for residents, handle enquiries and complaints, coordinate access to homes, and produce updates for residents and stakeholders to ensure a high-quality service throughout the delivery of safety works.
