The Role

We are seeking an experienced multi-skilled Carpenter with social housing or local authority experience. You will perform carpentry and other trade repairs, delivering high-quality, cost-effective building services to our customers.

Applicants must have trade competency, NVQ2 or equivalent, and relevant experience, especially in social housing. You will work in accordance with legislation, British Standards, Codes of Practice, and safety standards, minimizing property damage.

A full driving license is required; a company van will be provided during working hours.

Additional Information

  • We conduct background checks via DBS, with ongoing updates every three years, paid for by us.
  • Salaries are reviewed annually; the displayed salary may change in 2025.
  • We do not currently sponsor visas.
