Joiner Multi-Skilled - Clapham Park, SW2 4UX
Title: Joiner Multi-Skilled (known internally as Carpenter Multi-Skilled)Location: South London
Salary: 38,803 - 40,845Working hours/pattern: 40 hours per week between 8am 6pm.
To support our residents, you will be required to participate in second shift and an out of hours on-call service on a rotational basis.
Company van and fuel card provided.
Requirements: Experience Previously worked in a social housing or local authority environment Relevant NVQ2 qualification or equivalent trade experience Driving A full UK manual driving licence (you will provided with your own Metworks van for working hours).
A minimum of one year of significant driving experience. (MTVH reserves the right to withdraw an offer of employment if company fleet policy is unable to secure adequate insurance.)Please refer to the full job description before applying.
