This role
The Associate Finance Business Partners will assist in the provision of decision support, management and financial accounting services to the business. The role will act as a link between finance and each area of the business, ensuring a strong financial discipline is in place across each function. The Associate Finance Business Partners will be expected to provide financial insight to the key decision-makers in the business.
What you'll need to succeed
- Be part-qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or CPA) or currently working in a finance environment.
- An excellent communicator across a wide range of audiences, presenting financial information in a user-friendly manner.
- A strong commitment to customer service and overall service excellence.
- An understanding of financial management within the housing / property sectors.
- Advanced IT literacy, especially advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with Oracle Financials is desirable.
- An affinity with the work of the social housing sector.
- Experience in management accounts/budgeting/forecasting.
