About the Role
Due to continued growth, we are looking for ambitious Junior Project / Contract Managers to join our friendly and dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long‑term career in project and contract management within the construction, highways and streetworks sectors. You will gain hands‑on experience managing projects across the UK while working alongside experienced professionals and progressing within the business. Travel is a key part of this role, with site visits across locations such as Windsor, Warwickshire, Eastbourne and other UK sites. Candidates should be comfortable travelling and may be based in areas such as Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire or Oxfordshire. You will work closely with the Head of Contracts & Construction, supporting the successful delivery of street furniture and digital advertising infrastructure projects nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Contract Manager in delivering projects on time and within budget
- Assist with contract management and administration
- Attend client meetings and maintain strong relationships
- Carry out site visits, inspections and surveys
- Coordinate labour, plant and materials
- Support project planning, scheduling and programming
- Assist with asset management and maintenance of installations
- Maintain accurate records, reports and project data
- Prepare documentation including permits, notices and statutory information
- Assist with planning applications and appeals
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Ensure compliance with HSQE, HSE and CDM regulations
- Contribute to continuous improvement and team success

Qualifications & Experience
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
- Ideally a qualification in construction, engineering or design
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a junior project management or contract administration role
- Experience in construction, highways, civils, streetworks or outdoor advertising (desirable)
- Understanding of the New Roads and Street Works Act (NRSWA)
- Knowledge of HSE regulations and CDM 2015
- Strong organisational and technical skills
- Full UK Driving Licence (Category B) – essential
