Location: Chalgrove, Oxfordshire | Salary: £26,700 + overtime

Shifts: Mon–Thurs 8am–5pm, Fri 8am–12pm

An established aerospace engineering company is looking for a skilled Pyro Assembly Operative to join their Pyro team in Chalgrove. This is a hands‑on role where precision, safety, and quality are essential.

What you’ll do as a Pyro Assembly Operative:

• Handle explosive components safely and accurately
• Assemble parts to exact tolerances using specialised equipment
• Read and follow assembly drawings and production documents
• Carry out self‑inspections and update SAP records

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in production or manufacturing, preferably in aerospace or similar industries
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and follow health & safety procedures
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Team player who can also work independently
