Metal Finishing Operative – Anodising

Location: Uxbridge (own transport required) | Salary: £29,000 + overtime. Hours: Mon–Fri 8am–5pm (early finish Fridays). Benefits: 25 days holiday + bank holidays, 9% pension, free parking.

The Role

• Manual and automated metal finishing
• Anodising, passivation, masking, and jigging
• Inspect components to aerospace standards
• Safely handle process chemicals and equipment
• Work to strict quality and safety standards

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven metal finishing experience (anodising essential)
• Background in engineering, aerospace, or precision manufacturing
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced team
