We are looking for a Logistics Operative to join the Packing & Stores team in an aerospace manufacturing facility in Denham. This is a varied hands‑on position combining stores, logistics, packing and internal material movement duties within a precision aerospace environment. You will be responsible for preparing, packing and labelling components for dispatch, managing stock movements throughout the factory and supporting stores operations to ensure production requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Packing and preparing aerospace components and products for dispatch
- Validating batch numbers, quantities and part descriptions against SAP records
- Ensuring all products are correctly labelled and packaged to customer requirements
- Carrying out quality checks and self inspection of completed work
- Picking, packing and issuing stock from stores locations
- Receiving goods from internal departments and external suppliers
- Supporting internal transportation of materials throughout the facility
- Operating equipment including forklift trucks, pallet stackers and lifting equipment following training
- Assisting with raw material stores activities including saw operation and material preparation
- Supporting continuous improvement and 5S initiatives within the department
What We're Looking For:
- Previous stores, warehouse, logistics or packing experience
- Experience within manufacturing, engineering or industrial environments would be advantageous
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Comfortable handling physical materials and stock
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- A methodical and organised approach to work
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
