MTS Recruitment is a leading recruitment agency specializing in the construction sector. With a strong presence in the market and a reputation for excellence, we are expanding our team and looking for an ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Construction Division in Eton, SL4.

The Role: As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will oversee the full recruitment process, from business development through to candidate placement. You’ll work closely with both customers and candidates to ensure the best fit for each role within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Build and nurture strong relationships with construction companies, identify new business opportunities, and grow existing accounts.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source and screen candidates using job boards & social media.
  • Consultancy: Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, offering expert advice on the recruitment market within construction.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage all stages of the recruitment process, from writing job descriptions to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay informed on trends and developments in the construction sector, including market conditions and upcoming projects.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years' proven experience in a 360 recruitment role within the construction industry.
  • Strong business development skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Solid understanding of the construction industry and its recruitment needs.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
