We have a great opportunity for an experienced Sales Operations Manager - Hybrid Working after training.

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum + Team Bonus (up to 10% of annual salary)

Location: Hayes, Middlesex

We are recruiting for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join a leading UK manufacturer based in Hayes. The company designs, manufactures and delivers high-quality street furniture, transport infrastructure, digital displays, bus shelters, kiosks and public realm solutions for prestigious clients across the UK and internationally.

This is a newly created Sales Operations Manager position, offering the opportunity to make a real impact by improving how future sales opportunities are identified, tracked and reported across the business.

What is expected:

As Sales Operations Manager, you will support the commercial team by researching future opportunities, managing sales data, maintaining Salesforce CRM and producing accurate reports that help drive business growth. Your success will be measured by the accuracy and completeness of the data and reporting you provide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify future sales opportunities across multiple sectors
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of future projects
  • Generate targeted prospect lists for the Business Development team
  • Analyse sales data, market trends and pipeline performance
  • Produce monthly forecasts and management reports
  • Maintain accurate customer and project information within Salesforce CRM
  • Support continuous improvement of sales processes and reporting
  • Work closely with internal teams to communicate new business opportunities

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Sales Operations, Sales Support, Sales Administration or similar commercial role
  • Strong experience using Salesforce CRM
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong analytical, organisational and reporting abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a proactive approach
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Experience within manufacturing, engineering, construction or another project-based industry is advantageous but not essential.
