We are looking for a skilled Manufacturing Engineer / CNC Programmer to join a highly capable engineering team within a precision aerospace manufacturing environment. The Role

  • Develop CNC programmes for 3, 4 and 5 axis machining
  • Design and implement work holding, jigs, and fixtures
  • Create and optimise manufacturing processes for first‑time run components
  • Own production routing, tooling, gauges, and process configuration
  • Select appropriate materials and tooling to meet product specifications
  • Ensure projects are delivered within budget and timescale
  • Support development of technical documentation and process control
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production
  • Research and implement new manufacturing technologies
