Skilled Fine Limit Sheet Metal Worker
Location: Romford, RM3
Salary: up to£40k per annum
We are currently looking for an experienced Fine Limit Sheet Metal Worker to join our precision fabrication team.An aerospace manufacturing background is strongly preferred.
This role involves producing high-specification components for the aerospace and defence sectors, working to extremely tight tolerances using both traditional and exotic materials.

Key Responsibilities
- Precision bending, cutting, pressing, riveting, marking out and assembly
- Working to fine limits and tight tolerances on aluminium, stainless steel, titanium and Inconel
- Hand forming prototype panels and complex components
- Setting and operating fly press, brake press and linisher machinery
- Deburring, drilling, trimming, filing and finishing
- Interpreting detailed engineering drawings and technical instructions
- Inspecting components to aerospace quality standards
Essential Experience & Skills
- Extensive experience in precision sheet metal fabrication
- Aerospace manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- Experience within defence manufacturing also highly desirable
- Proven ability to work with exotic metals including titanium and Inconel
- Strong hand-forming capability
- Ability to work accurately to strict tolerances and quality requirements
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
