Salary: £27,000 + 22.6% Shift Uplift + Excellent Benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 Hours per Week During Probation. Following Successful Probation: 4 On 4 Off Shift Pattern (07:00 – 16:30)

The Role
As a Pyro Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of assembly and manufacturing duties within a specialist production department. Working to strict quality and safety standards, you will play an important role in ensuring components are manufactured accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assembly of components to precise specifications and tolerances
- Handling explosive materials, components and goods in accordance with strict procedures
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, assembly instructions and production documentation
- Using weighing equipment, hand tools and specialist manufacturing equipment
- Carrying out self inspection and quality checks on completed work
- Accurately recording production activities and updating SAP systems
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety, quality and housekeeping
- Following manufacturing procedures and work instructions within a highly regulated environment
What We’re Looking For
- Previous manufacturing, production, assembly or engineering experience
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Understanding of health and safety procedures within a manufacturing environment
- Experience within aerospace, engineering, defence, automotive or other precision manufacturing sectors would be advantageous
- Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and established processes
