MTS Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced TIG Welder to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Acton, West London. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled TIG Welder looking for a long-term, stable position with regular overtime and the opportunity to work on high-quality precision components.

The Role

  • TIG welding thin gauge aluminium and stainless steel
  • Working from engineering drawings and specifications
  • Producing high-quality cosmetic and structural welds
  • Carrying out self-inspection of completed work
  • Ensuring all work meets required quality standards
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Supporting production targets and delivery schedules

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a TIG Welder
  • Strong experience welding very thin gauge aluminium
  • Strong experience welding very thin gauge stainless steel
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
  • Experience working within a manufacturing or engineering environment
  • Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team
