Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time (37 hours per week)

We are currently recruiting an experienced Sheet Metal Worker to join a well-established and growing manufacturing company in Feltham, West London. This is a permanent opportunity offering long-term stability, competitive pay, and excellent working conditions.

The Role

Working from engineering drawings, you will manufacture high-quality precision sheet metal components for a range of products. The successful candidate will be confident working independently and capable of producing work to a consistently high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set and operate CNC press brakes
  • Manufacture precision sheet metal components from engineering drawings
  • Read and interpret technical drawings accurately
  • Work out flat pattern developments
  • Bend and fold sheet metal to specification
  • Work with aluminium and stainless steel
  • Assemble products, including mechanical fittings
  • Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and workmanship
  • Work with minimal supervision

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Worker
  • The ability to set and operate CNC press brakes
  • Strong drawing interpretation skills
  • Experience working out developments
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience working with aluminium and stainless steel
  • TIG welding experience would be advantageous but is not essential
