We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Manufacturing Estimator to join a leading UK manufacturer specialising in bespoke signage, street furniture, architectural metalwork and fabricated infrastructure products. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Manufacturing Estimator to work on high-profile transport, infrastructure and public sector projects within a growing business.

The Role:
As a Senior Manufacturing Estimator, you will prepare accurate cost estimates, review technical drawings and tender documents, liaise with customers and suppliers, and produce competitive quotations that help secure new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed quotations and cost estimates
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience
- Review engineering drawings and specifications
- Obtain supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Manage customer enquiries from enquiry through to quotation
- Build strong client relationships
- Work closely with internal engineering and commercial teams
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reporting
About You:
- Previous estimating experience in sales and estimating, preferably in a street furniture or engineering led product
- Ability to interpret technical drawings
- Must understand welding, machining, folding and forming and general metalworking etc.
- Has a technical, construction or engineering background
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proactive with strong attention to detail
