MTS Recruitment is a specialist Technical & Construction Recruitment Agency looking for a Graduate Recruitment Administrator to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate looking to begin a professional career in recruitment. You'll receive full training while gaining hands-on experience supporting live recruitment campaigns within the manufacturing, engineering and construction sectors. The Role
- Advertising live vacancies across multiple job boards
- Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates
- Managing candidate applications and responding to enquiries
- Searching and maintaining our CRM database
- Writing engaging job adverts
- Speaking confidently with candidates by telephone, email and WhatsApp
- Providing administrative support to our recruitment consultants
- Assisting with a variety of live recruitment projects
What We're Looking For
- Degree educated (or equivalent qualification)
- Excellent IT and computer skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated, proactive and eager to learn
- Able to prioritise workload and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine interest in developing a long-term career in recruitment
No previous recruitment experience is required; full training and ongoing support will be provided.
