Operations Clerk – Warehouse & Driving Colnbrook, SL3 Near Heathrow
Salary: £27,500 per year
Sunday–Thursday 08:30 –17:00

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and reliable Operations Clerk to join our busy operations team near Heathrow. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse and logistics experience who wants to develop their career within a fast‑paced international freight environment.
What is expected in this role
You will work across import, export and fulfilment warehouse operations, supporting the smooth movement of shipments while maintaining high levels of accuracy, efficiency and customer service. This is a varied hands‑on role combining warehouse duties, administration and driving responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Working across import, export and fulfilment warehouses
- Picking, packing, bagging and labelling shipments
- Shipment processing and computer‑based administration
- Completing customs and export entry tasks
- Collecting courier and cargo shipments from airport sheds
- Maintaining accurate paperwork and filing systems
- Supporting communication across departments
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and health & safety
- Prioritising workloads to meet time‑sensitive deadlines
- Supporting forklift duties (training provided if required)
- Assisting with vehicle and equipment checks and maintenance
- Carrying out additional operational duties when required
What We’re Looking for in an Operations Clerk
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within an import/export warehouse environment would be to your advantage
- Full UK Driving Licence (applicants must be aged 25+ for insurance purposes)
- Basic to intermediate PC skills
- Some customs entry experience
- Ability to lift up to 30kg safely
- Strong attention to detail
- Team‑focused attitude with a proactive approach
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
Desirable
- Forklift experience
- X‑ray screener experience
- Motivation to grow and develop within logistics
