Salary: £27,000 + 22.6% Shift Uplift + Excellent Benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 Hours per Week During Probation. Following Successful Probation: 4 On 4 Off Shift Pattern (07:00 – 16:30)

The Role
As a Pyro Packing Operative, you will be responsible for packing and palletising cartridge sets and rocket motors in accordance with engineering instructions. You will ensure products are correctly labelled, documented and prepared for dispatch while maintaining full traceability and compliance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Packing and palletising products for dispatch
- Preparing and checking dispatch documentation
- Labelling products accurately and maintaining traceability
- Updating SAP records and stock locations
- Receiving and reconciling incoming materials and goods
- Handling materials safely in line with company procedures
- Operating packing area equipment and machinery
- Supporting 5S and continuous improvement activities
- Working closely with Production, Quality, Stores and Engineering teams
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within a manufacturing, warehouse, stores or packing environment
- Experience with palletising, dispatch preparation or goods handling
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic understanding of health and safety procedures
- Ability to follow instructions and work accurately
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Experience using SAP would be advantageous
- Dangerous Goods training for Air, Sea or Road would be beneficial but is not essential
