Your Role: As a Finishing Operative at our Denham site, you'll work with our advanced finishing plant, ensuring high-quality finishing processes that are integral to our ejector seats. Are you detail-oriented with a background in manufacturing or engineering? We are looking for a Finishing Operative to join our team. In this role, you will operate barrel tumbling and vibratory finishing equipment to prepare metallic surfaces for further processing. You will also ensure components meet required quality standards, follow safety regulations, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform vibration deburring and finishing operations
